Oscar Macias has extensive experience in solid waste management, currently serving as the Landfill Superintendent for the City of Clovis, New Mexico since March 2004. In this role, Oscar oversees the operations and activities of a comprehensive solid waste program, applies planning procedures, and utilizes modern office methods and equipment. Prior experience includes a supervisory role in sanitation at Cargill from September 1995 to October 2000. Oscar's educational background includes a diploma from Clovis High.
