James Lott III currently serves as the Student Coordinator of Campus Culture & Diversity at Hinds Community College, focused on developing diversity initiatives. Simultaneously, James Lott III holds the position of Alderman for Ward 6 in the City of Clinton, MS, where collaborative efforts prioritize resident interests. With extensive experience in the Mississippi Air National Guard as a Health Services Administrator, James Lott III manages multiple health services activities and directs the clinical accreditation program. Previously, James Lott III worked as a Graduation Coach and Social Studies Teacher with Jackson Public Schools, helping students transition to post-secondary education and developing curriculum aligned with state performance standards. James Lott III holds a Master of Public Administration from Belhaven University and multiple associate degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, along with a Bachelor's degree from Jackson State University in Health Care Administration.
