Phil Kidd currently manages the Complete & Green Streets program and trail projects for the City of Cleveland in the Mayor's Office of Capital Projects. Previous experience includes serving as Special Projects Manager at Northwest Neighborhoods CDC, where responsibilities involved managing the Gordon Square Special Improvement District and community engagement initiatives. As Associate Director at Youngstown CityScape, Phil assisted in developing projects and events while managing communications. Phil also founded a gift shop and information center called Youngstown Nation, and held roles as Senior Organizer for the Mahoning Valley Organizing Collaborative and Director of Events & Special Projects for the City of Youngstown. Early career experience includes administrative management at the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas and serving as a Commissioned Officer in the US Army. Phil holds a Graduate Certificate in Local Government Management from Cleveland State University and advanced degrees in Criminal Justice and Political Science from Youngstown State University.
