Randy Keen has extensive experience in civil engineering and construction inspection, currently working with the City of Citrus Heights since November 2002, focusing on street and storm drain analysis, ADA design, and construction inspection for civil improvement projects. Previously, Randy was an Engineering Assistant at the City of West Sacramento from July 1989 to January 2000, where responsibilities included design, inspection, plan checking, and construction management. Randy obtained an Associate of Science in Civil Engineering from Walla Walla Community College, studying from 1978 to 1981.
