Erin Dempster is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various managerial and analytical roles. Since August 2013, Erin has served as the Human Resources Manager for the City of Chula Vista, following a progressive career within the same organization, including positions as Principal Human Resources Analyst and Senior Human Resources Analyst. Previously, Erin held the role of Human Resources Manager at the City of Poway and worked as a Senior Human Resources Specialist with the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission. Other notable positions include Human Resources Generalist at the Prince William County Service Authority and earlier roles at the City of Chula Vista, County of San Diego, and City of Coronado. Erin holds a Master of Public Administration from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Urban Studies from Loyola Marymount University.
