Ed Prendell currently serves as the Budget and Analysis Manager for the City of Chula Vista, a position held since November 2017. Prior to this role, Ed Prendell worked as a Budget Analyst for the City of National City from January 2014 to November 2017 and as a Management Analyst for the City of San Diego from June 1992 to December 2013. Ed Prendell earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of San Diego.
