Shane D. Brooks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Adult Day Health and Intellectual & Disabilities Services at The Center For Human Development since January 2017, Shane oversees the design, development, and implementation of services for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities, while supervising program directors and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Concurrently, as President of the City Council for the City of Chicopee since January 2014, Shane provides constituent services to around 57,000 residents and collaborates on a $180 million operating budget. From October 2012 to January 2017, Shane held the position of Director of Operations at WMTC, focusing on compliance and efficiency across various business functions. Shane holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government, both from American International College.
