Patrick Collins is an experienced urban planner currently serving as an Assistant City Planner for the City of Chicopee since January 2023. Prior to this role, Patrick worked as a Planning Technician for the City of Galveston from May 2021 to January 2023. Additional experience includes positions as a Special Education Paraprofessional at both Fairfield Woods Middle School and the Wilton Family YMCA, along with roles in various capacities, such as Digitization Team Lead and Geographic Information Systems Analyst. Patrick began a professional career in customer service at Thunderdome Restaurant Group and gained foundational work experience in construction and education through multiple roles. Patrick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban & Regional Planning from Miami University, completed in May 2019.
