Ayesha S. is a skilled performance analyst currently working at the City of Chicago Office of Inspector General since August 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a senior policy associate and policy associate at Advance Illinois from June 2021 to January 2023. Ayesha has also worked as a policy consultant at Integrated Solutions Consulting between April 2020 and June 2021, and completed an internship in research and programming at the Chicago Foundation for Women in the summer of 2018. Additionally, Ayesha contributed as a trainer and communications associate for the HEART Women & Girls Project from December 2016 to September 2018. Ayesha holds a master's degree from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and dual bachelor's degrees in psychology and political science from Loyola University Chicago.
