Elise Durbin currently serves as the Assistant City Administrator for the City of Chaska, a position held since February 2022. Prior to this role, Elise was the Director of Community and Economic Development at the Carver County Community Development Agency from May 2019 to February 2022. Elise's experience includes serving as an Economic Development Project Coordinator at Hennepin County and a Community Development Supervisor for the City of Minnetonka, where project management focused on housing, economic development, and transit activities. Additionally, Elise held the role of Community Development Coordinator in the City of Minnetonka and began a career in community development as an intern with the City of Mankato. Elise holds a Master’s degree in Urban Studies from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Bemidji State University.
