David Hodges is a Health and Safety Officer and Captain - Director of EMS Operations at the City of Charleston, WV. David is also a Board Member at the State of West Virginia Emergency Response Commission and a Public Safety Training Instructor at RESA 3. With a Certification in Emergency Medical Services Leadership from the University of Charleston, David also holds a degree in Paramedic from Mountain State University and attended Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College. Prior to their current roles, David served as the Asst. Fire Chief at Whitesville Fire Dept. from December 1998 to January 2020. David graduated from Sherman High School in 1998.
