Michelle Pope is an experienced accounting professional with a robust background in accounts payable and financial operations. Currently serving as an Accounts Payable / Jr. Accountant for the City of Chamblee since March 2023, Michelle has previously held roles such as AP Coordinator at SPP PUMPS and Accounts Payable Associate at Holy Innocents' Episcopal School, where responsibilities included processing high volumes of invoices and managing financial transactions. With additional experience in customer service and accounting support roles at companies like Piedmont Water Company, UPS Supply Chain Solutions, PwC, and KPMG, Michelle has developed a comprehensive skill set in billing, collections, and financial analysis.
