Linda Majeed, P.E., CFM is a Senior Civil Engineer at the City of Celina since April 2021, following a tenure at the City of Dallas from September 2016 to April 2021, where Linda served as Project Manager and District Engineer. Linda holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Baghdad.
