Brenda Eivens has over 25 years of experience in municipal management, currently serving as City Manager for the City of Cedar Park since August 2005, following a tenure as Assistant City Manager and Human Resources Director from January 1996 to August 2005. Eivens holds a Master of Public Administration degree from Texas State University (1993-1995) and a Bachelor's degree in English from Sam Houston State University (1988-1990).
