Lidia Buelna is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various administrative roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist for the City of Cathedral City since January 2019, Lidia previously held positions as an Executive Assistant for the City of Bellflower and a Personnel Clerk for the Norwalk-La Mirada Unified School District. Early in their career, Lidia worked as a Clerical Assistant-Bilingual at Bellflower Unified School District. Lidia has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Services from the University of Phoenix, completed between 2014 and 2017, and graduated with a high school diploma from Wilson High School in 2005.
