Vicki Blackman is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Manager of People and Culture at the City of Casey since January 2019. Concurrently, Vicki has held the position of Acting Head of Human Resources at ASG since June 2014, contributing to Australia's largest provider of education scholarship plans. Vicki's previous extensive experience at ANZ from December 1992 to April 2014 includes multiple leadership roles focused on people management and operational effectiveness in call center environments. Vicki's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Charles Sturt University, completed between 2003 and 2007.
