Brooke Ladds currently serves as a Wellbeing Mentor for the Commonwealth Psychosocial Support Program at Ermha Ltd since February 2023, focusing on mental health case management and peer support. Additionally, Brooke holds a position as a Customer Service Officer at the City of Casey and has been with YMCA Victoria since August 2018, where various roles have included Membership Advisor and Duty Supervisor. Brief employment history includes an Election Official role with the Victorian Electoral Commission in late 2022 and work as a Barista at Cafe Baguette from June 2016 to September 2018. Academically, Brooke is pursuing a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Federation University Australia and is undertaking a Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs at Odyssey Institute, while also holding a Certificate IV in Disability from Chisholm Institute.
