Hayley Beaver, MPA, AICP, currently serves as City Clerk and has held various positions including Grants & GIS Manager, Deputy City Clerk, and City Planner at the City of Carrollton, Georgia since July 2014. Prior to this, Hayley worked as a Laboratory Analyst at Environmental Labs & Services and spent nearly a decade in multiple roles at the City of Carrollton, including Parks & Facilities Office Assistant. Early professional experience includes an internship with Christian Campus Fellowship and a role as a Reservations Agent at AirTran Airways. Hayley holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from the University of West Georgia, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a focus on Microbiology and Immunology and a minor in History.
