Tammie Parino is an experienced communicator currently serving the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, since November 2009, where responsibilities include handling all non-emergency and emergency 911 calls and dispatching for the Fire and Police Departments. Prior experience includes a role as an Administrative Partner at St. Francis Medical Center from June 2005 to December 2006, focusing on patient communication and support in an outpatient care setting. Tammie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Counseling Psychology and Criminal Justice from Southeast Missouri State University, along with certifications and degrees in canvas design and general studies from respective educational institutions.
