Rick Ennis has extensive experience in fire service leadership, currently serving as Fire Chief for the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri since March 2004. In addition to this role, Rick Ennis is the Founder of Genesis '36 LLC Fire Service Training & Assessment, established in 2012. Previous positions include Fire Chief for Perkins Township, Ohio from July 1996 to March 2004, and Fire Lieutenant for both the City of Fairborn, Ohio from July 1983 to July 1996 and the City of West Carrollton, Ohio from April 1981 to July 1984.
