Terry Schweitzer is an experienced solid waste management professional, currently serving as Solid Waste Manager for the City of Cape Coral since March 2022. Prior roles include General Manager at FCC Environmental Services, where oversight was provided for a $9.0M residential business unit, and at Casella Waste Systems, Inc., managing a $30M group of business units and facilitating mergers. Terry's extensive background also includes leadership positions at Advanced Disposal Services, Inc., Republic Services Inc., and Waste Management, with responsibilities spanning operations, accounting, sales, and customer service, often overseeing large teams to achieve business goals. Terry holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bellevue University and a certification in Drafting and Design Technology from Niagara County Community College.
