Paul McClaren is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in urban planning and engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Planner for the City of Camarillo Government since November 2020, Paul has previously held roles as an Associate Planner in both the City of Oxnard and the City of Santa Monica, where responsibilities included project management and urban development. Earlier career positions included engineering and design roles at SolarWorld USA and Harvey Goodman Civil Engineering, where Paul developed skills in project design, permit preparation, and technical drawing. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Planning from California State University, Northridge, complemented by studies at Ventura Community College.
