David Sanchez is currently serving as the Community Development Director for the City of Camarillo Government since January 2024. Prior to this role, David held various positions at the City of Pasadena from December 2014 to January 2024, including Principal Planner, Senior Planner, and Planner. David's earlier experience includes senior and associate planning roles at the City of Pomona between October 2007 and December 2014, along with positions at K. Hovnanian Homes as Assistant Land Development Manager, Young Homes as Planning Specialist, and Community Partners as Program Assistant. David earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Development Studies from UCLA between 1997 and 2002.
