Vivian Wong is a Community Planner with extensive experience in urban planning and community development. Currently serving in the City of Burnaby since April 2023, Vivian has previously worked as a Planner for the City of Vancouver from May 2017 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing childcare, social infrastructure, and cultural planning initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Project Consultant for the City of New Westminster, contributing to the development of the Age-Friendly Community Strategy, and as a Field Researcher at The University of British Columbia, focusing on social enterprise research in the Philippines. Educational qualifications include a Master of Community and Regional Planning from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts in Peace, Conflict and Justice Studies from the University of Toronto.
