Isabelle Taillon is an experienced professional in the field of recreation and sports management, currently serving as the Manager of Recreation Services for the City of Burnaby since November 2020. Prior to this role, Isabelle held various positions at Ville de Saint-Eustache, including Interim Director of Leisure, Parks & Recreation, where responsibilities encompassed the management of leisure programs and facilities. Earlier experience includes project management for the Saint-Eustache Multisport Complex and coaching roles at both national and international levels, including Head Coach for the Canadian Olympic Team with Synchro Canada. Isabelle's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Organization Development & Management from Université Laval and a Bachelor's Degree in Teaching from UQAM.
