Erin Rennie, RPP, MCIP, is a Senior Planner with the City of Burnaby, focusing on the development of Burnaby 2050, the new Official Community Plan. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Regional Planner at Metro Vancouver, where responsibilities included research, policy development, and regional engagement, particularly related to growth management. Erin has held various planning roles, including Transportation Planner at King County Metro and Transportation Demand Management Officer at TransLink, and has also worked in policy analysis and sustainability planning at BC Hydro. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Planning from The University of British Columbia, complemented by a Bachelor’s in Political Science and a fellowship in Environmental Leadership.
