Kaitlyn Graham, MPA, is a Financial Analyst at the City of Burien since May 2022, responsible for coordinating the biennial operating budget, capital improvement plan, and mid-biennial budget amendment. Prior roles include Graduate Assistant at The University of Georgia, where support was provided for the Foundation Fellowship scholarship program, and Public Utilities Analyst Intern for Athens-Clarke County Unified Government, focusing on capital project administration. Notable experiences also include creating the first Popular Annual Financial Report for the City of Fayetteville, managing virtual operations for Teach For America, and diverse roles in education and community support, including Site Coordinator for Reading Partners and AmeriCorps Member with City Year. Kaitlyn holds an MPA in Local Government Administration from The University of Georgia and a BA in Sociology from The University of Tulsa.
