Mark Pineda is a seasoned project manager and electrical substation designer with extensive experience in engineering and customer service operations. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Senior Engineering Technician at the City of Burbank since May 2022, Mark manages project budgets, oversees contractor selection, and collaborates with field personnel to ensure project completion within timelines and budgets. Previously, Mark held the position of Acting Manager of Customer Service Operations, managing various customer care services and delivering presentations to stakeholders.
