Bonnie (Boy) Foster has extensive experience in municipal administration and management, currently serving as City Clerk for the City of Brookings since February 2004, where responsibilities include overseeing the issuance and maintenance of city licenses and permits, and facilitating the Granicus Agenda Management System for various city bodies. Previous roles at the City of Brookings include Acting City Clerk and Office Manager for the Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department, with duties encompassing clerical functions, financial processes, and support for city council meetings. Prior to this, Bonnie Foster worked as an Administrative Assistant/Senior Secretary for SDSU/SD State Extension & 4-H Program, managing operations for District Supervisors and 4-H Specialists, and handling budget management and event coordination. Bonnie Foster holds a Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota State University, earned between 1991 and 1995.
