Justin DeBruin, AICP, currently serves as the Urbanism and Sustainability Manager for the City of Broken Arrow since February 2020. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Community Development and Municipal Inspections for the Town of Hanover from January 2019 to February 2020, and holding various positions such as Community Development Director, Planning Manager, and Assistant City Planner at the City of Shawnee, OK between August 2013 and December 2018. Justin DeBruin began the career as a Planning Intern with the City of Oklahoma City from August 2012 to August 2013. Justin DeBruin obtained a Master's degree in Regional and City Planning from the University of Oklahoma, 2008-2012, and previously studied at the University of Central Oklahoma from 2005 to 2008.
