James Taylor holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix Tulsa and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Paralegal from Northeastern State University. Since September 2016, James Taylor has been employed by the City of Broken Arrow. In addition, James Taylor has served as a Program Evaluator for the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) since December 2012 and has been the Criminal Justice Department Chair at Brown Mackie College since June 2012. Prior experience includes serving as a Tulsa Police Reserve Officer from November 2013 to September 2016.
