Kelsey Archuleta is an experienced procurement and contracts manager currently employed at the City of Brighton since September 2021, where responsibilities include administering and coordinating procurement and contract functions to meet community needs. Prior to this role, Kelsey served as a business manager at Summit Bodyworks, and as a customer account manager at Transwest, focusing on customer service and process improvement. Kelsey’s earlier experience includes roles as a business administrative assistant at ATP Oilfield Services and positions in billing and cashiering at Transwest. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University, with additional education from Metropolitan State University of Denver and the University of Colorado Boulder.
