Vincent Lariccia, DPA, is an experienced law enforcement professional currently serving as a Detective for the City of Bridgeport, Connecticut, since April 2000, and as an Instructor with the National Tactical Officers Association (NTOA) since January 2011, providing training in SWAT and tactical decision-making across the country. Vincent's military experience includes serving as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from September 1994 to September 1998. Academically, Vincent holds a Doctorate in Public Administration from California Baptist University (2018-2023), a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Boston University (2015-2018), and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Post University (2011-2015).
