Lisette Del Pino, MPA, is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in recruitment, classification, organizational health, and training. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Analyst for the City of Brentwood, CA since February 2022, Lisette previously held the position of Human Resources Analyst II with the City of Hayward from October 2016 to February 2022. Prior to that, Lisette was a Senior Human Resources Analyst at the City of Oakland from August 2006 to October 2016, specializing in staffing and recruitment. Lisette's career began as a Research Analyst at the Bureau of Labor Statistics, where tasks included measuring labor market activities and working conditions, from April 2003 to October 2006. Lisette holds a Master of Public Administration degree from California State University - East Bay.
