Pat Carmichael is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data centre and cloud management, currently serving as Manager of Data Centre and Cloud at the City of Brampton since 1997. This role involves overseeing upgrades and changes to data centre technologies, leading problem resolution, and contributing to infrastructure road mapping and budgeting. Previous positions include Network and Systems Integrator, where responsibilities included managing large-scale project implementations and providing guidance to technical teams, and Network Administrator. Additionally, Pat has experience in education as a Computer Studies Instructor at Mohawk College, teaching computer-related subjects.
