Olivia Sparrow, P.Eng. has a strong background in water resources engineering, stormwater management, and environmental engineering. With experience in various roles at different organizations, Olivia has developed stormwater master plans, assessed infrastructure performance, and designed sustainable water management systems. Olivia also has experience in energy analysis and international development projects. Olivia holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering with Distinction and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering. Currently, Olivia serves as the Manager of Stormwater Programs at the City of Brampton, where Olivia oversees and supports various stormwater initiatives and programs.
