Sarah Horn is a seasoned urban planner with extensive experience in municipal and community planning. Currently serving as City Senior Planner for the City of Boulder since January 2023, Sarah previously worked as a Project Planner at Design Workshop from November 2012 to December 2022, managing various landscape architecture and planning projects. Earlier roles include Garden Manager for Midvalley Community Gardens and Legislative Aide for the City of Milwaukee, where Sarah advocated for constituents and developed significant legislation. Sarah's academic credentials include a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Political Science focused on Feminist Political Theory from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
