Chris Lievsay serves as the Mayor of Blue Springs and previously held the position of City Councilmember for District 2, demonstrating commitment to community leadership through liaison roles with various local boards and organizations. With extensive experience in education and analytics, Chris currently works as an Analyst at Cision, producing intelligence briefings for executives while also fulfilling responsibilities as a Substitute Teacher in Blue Springs Schools. Additional roles include Independent Contractor at Via Courier, Inc., and Network Operations Center Technician at Bott Radio Network. Previous experience encompasses law clerk positions with the Unified Government and City of Champaign, and tax research analysis at H&R Block. Chris holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Education, Master of Business Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
