Kelly Harrington currently serves as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Blue Ash, a position held since April 2007, following a role as Assistant to the City Manager from May 2005 to April 2007 with the City of Clayton. Harrington holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Dayton, completed between 2003 and 2005, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Geography from Ohio University, obtained from 1999 to 2003.
