Debbie Hicks has extensive experience in finance and management, currently serving as a Finance Clerk for the City of Blue Ash since October 2013. Prior to this role, Debbie held the position of Finance Manager at Brand Group Inc from September 2011 to September 2013 and at PHC Group, Inc from February 1998 to September 2011. Earlier in Debbie's career, the role of Advertising Account Manager was held at Nine West Group/US Shoe Corporation from September 1986 to August 1997. Debbie Hicks obtained a Certificate in Business Data Processing from Live Oaks Career Development Campus between 1981 and 1983.
