William Bessler, MBA is currently working as the Economic and Community Development Grants Manager at the City of Bloomington, IL. Previously, William served as a Management Analyst at METEC Resource Center and as a Human Services Caseworker at the Illinois Department of Human Services. With a background in political science and economics, William has experience in grant coordination, program management, community relations, and housing counseling. William also has a Master of Business Administration degree from Bradley University.
