Andy Zoeller, CPA, has significant experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Finance Director for the City of Billings since August 2014, with previous roles as Interim Finance Director and Accounting Manager. Responsibilities include supervising finance department personnel and preparing city-wide and departmental financial projections. Prior to this position, Andy worked at Strom & Associates P.C. from May 2008 to August 2014 as a Tax Accountant and Auditor, conducting audits for various public and non-profit entities and preparing related reports. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Montana State University Billings, earned in 2008.
