Ryan Hay

Ryan Hay serves as the Administrator for Emergency Operations & Public Safety at Lehigh Valley Health Network since September 2015 and concurrently acts as Core Emergency Management Faculty in the ACGME-accredited EMS Fellowship Program. Ryan has held multiple roles, including Director of Emergency Preparedness for the County of Lehigh since March 2011 and various positions such as Special Operations Team Officer and Hazmat Specialist. Additionally, Ryan works as a Nurse Specialist with the HHS Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response and as a Paramedic for the City of Bethlehem. Previous experience includes Emergency Management Operations & Training Manager at St. Luke's University Health Network and Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department. Ryan's educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing focused on Emergency Management & Population Health from Jacksonville State University, and dual bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Nursing from DeSales University.
