Joey Ingle currently serves as the Water Utilities Technical Services Assistant Manager for Land Development at the City of Bentonville, a position held since March 2020. Prior to this role, Joey was a Project Manager at Sand Creek Engineering & Land Surveying, Inc. from April 2015 to March 2020, and at HFA from January 2013 to April 2015. Joey began the professional career as a Project Designer at CEI Engineering Associates, Inc. from June 2006 to January 2013. Joey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental, Soil, and Water Science from the University of Arkansas.
