Colette Schow is an experienced professional in economic development and public relations, currently serving as Economic Development Manager for the City of Benicia since April 2021. Previous roles include Management Analyst II and Administrative Secretary within the same organization. Colette has also held positions at Napa Valley College as Community Engagement Coordinator and Audience Development Coordinator, and served as Program Manager at Napa Valley Education Foundation. Key responsibilities have included event coordination for the Bill Dodd Holiday Party, managing digital marketing at Gg Jones PR, and supporting marketing and communications for the Arts Council Napa Valley. Colette holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from California Baptist University.
