BreAnne McConkie Gale, AICP, currently serves as a Senior Planner in the Growth Management Department for the City of Bend since October 2019, focusing on complex long-range planning projects involving land use, transportation, housing, and public engagement. Prior to this role, BreAnne worked as Principal Planner for the City of Sisters, leading planning initiatives and managing land use applications, and held the position of Land Use Planner II at the City of Seattle, where complex discretionary reviews of development proposals were conducted. Earlier experience includes serving as Principal Planner for Salt Lake City Corporation, overseeing the comprehensive Plan Salt Lake, and as Project Coordinator for the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City, managing various redevelopment projects. BreAnne's career also includes roles as a legal assistant and as a fellow at Local First Utah. BreAnne holds a Master's degree in City and Metropolitan Planning and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a minor in Urban Planning, both from the University of Utah.
