Ashley Rosenbaum is an experienced professional currently serving as the Grants Administrator and Compliance Specialist for the City of Beloit since 2013. Ashley manages the Rental Registration Certificate program and is the primary contact for citizen inquiries. Prior to this role, Ashley held various positions including Administrative Assistant for the City of Beloit and Grants Administrator at Beloit College. Educationally, Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish Language from Beloit College, earned in 2013. Previous experience includes roles at Kalahari Resort and Convention Center, Busy Bird Toys, and J and S Pet Store.
