Catherine Hidalgo has a diverse background in project management and administrative roles, with a focus on sustainability and community outreach. Currently serving as a Permit Technician for the City of Belmont, CA since November 2017, Catherine previously held the position of Project Office Manager at O'Connor Plumbing & Fire Protection, Inc., where responsibility included managing plumbing and fire sprinkler projects across San Francisco and San Mateo counties. Catherine's earlier experience includes the role of Recycling Coordinator at RethinkWaste, which involved promoting waste reduction and recycling initiatives, along with the implementation of outreach contests for local schools. Additionally, as Office Manager at RethinkWaste, Catherine played a key role in developing organizational processes, HR policies, and a contract management system.
