Robin Cummings, GISP, is a Senior GIS Analyst at the City of Bellingham since May 2021, bringing extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems. Prior roles include GIS Analyst/Programmer and GIS Technician at Frederick County, Virginia from January 2016 to April 2021, as well as Engineering Assistant for Loudoun County Government. Robin's background includes work as an Environmental/GIS Specialist at McCormick Taylor, Inc., and a GIS Intern at the Virginia Economic Development Partnership. Education was completed at James Madison University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Geography with a concentration in Environmental Conservation, Sustainability, and Development.
