Kristi Oosterveen has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Kristi worked for the City of Bellevue, Washington for a significant part of their career. Kristi started as an Accounting Associate in 1994 and progressed to become a Capital Programming Coordinator, Management Policy Analyst, and ultimately a Program Manager. In these positions, Kristi managed various transportation planning and financial programming documents, led the department's emergency management efforts, and was responsible for organizational development and emergency management. Kristi also served as the APWA Accreditation Manager for the City of Bellevue Transportation Department. Before joining the City of Bellevue, Kristi worked as a Staff Accountant for Witsoe, Haug & Associates LLC from 1991 to 1994.

Kristi Oosterveen completed their undergraduate education from 1986 to 1990 at Western Washington University. Kristi earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis on Finance. Their field of study encompassed Finance, Management, and Decision-Making Sciences.
